Client Overview:
Vernovis is partnering with a leading company that is undergoing a significant CRM transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The company is looking for a senior level Business Systems Analyst to join their Information Systems Team and support the CRM implementation, with ongoing responsibilities in system maintenance, training, and support.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with the CRM implementation to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including setup, conversion, and configuration.
- Act as a liaison between the BSA team, development team, and business users to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with Project Managers on design, configuration, requirements gathering, and testing activities.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 platform post-implementation.
- Offer training and daily support across 17 business locations, including travel as needed.
- Handle light support of existing CRM systems until the new system is fully operational.
What Experience You'll Have:
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in CRM implementation and support.
- Strong Business Systems Analyst background, with experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in working within a cross-functional team, managing timelines, and ensuring project success.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes.
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- Experience in the homebuilding industry or with HomeBuilderOne software.
- Leadership or project management experience in IT or CRM projects.
- Certifications in D365 Business Central, Customer Service, and/or Field Service.
