Job Title: D365 F&O Developer
Location/ Work Structure: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Compensation: $130,000-$140,000 +15-20% bonus

Vernovis is partnering with an established and growing industrial firm in Cincinnati. This client is looking to hire a new Senior Software Engineer to lead code development and work with multiple divisions / stakeholders on project delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Designs, develops, and maintains customizations, configurations, and solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Works with Product Owners and end-users to define and document requirements, utilizing Agile methodology.
- Designs and builds new features and custom modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring they are stable, reusable, scalable, and efficient, using the X++ programming language.
- Implements Azure-based solutions to enhance and extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Manages data migrations, integrations, and system upgrades, following Microsoft best practices.
- Provides support by troubleshooting system issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
What Experience You'll Have:
- 5-7 years of customization development in D365 F&O
- X++
- Experience with Azure, C#, SQL
- Strong communicator that can act as a business partner with different teams, not just a developer
