Our expanding outpatient therapy practice, specializing in rehabilitation for injured workers, is seeking energetic PTs and PTAs to join our collaborative team.
We have openings to serve patients at our Springfield and Sterling offices, offering both full-time and part-time positions tailored to fit your lifestyle.

Nice to Have Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings
- Familiarity with injured worker populations and related rehabilitation strategies
Preferred Education and Experience
- Graduate of a college or university with an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree or equivalent is advantageous
- Minimum of two years’ staff supervisory experience in a clinical or physical therapy environment strongly preferred
- Active physical therapy license in the state of Virginia preferred
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Willingness to cover either Springfield or Sterling office locations
- No evening hours for patient care
- Eligibility for a significant sign-on bonus, profit sharing, and clinic incentive programs
