- Must be at least 18 years old and meet any state/local requirements for alcohol handling

- Prior retail management experience or progressive responsibility in a retail environment
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising
- Familiarity with conducting performance evaluations and employee development
- Ability to travel between multiple store locations as part of training
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience
- A combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates leadership readiness

- Flexibility to travel within divisional areas to train at multiple locations
