What You’ll Bring:

  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • Minimum one (1) year of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, and community partners.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients, families, and referral sources.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory in Boston and South Shore.
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance for frequent travel.

Additional Skills That Set You Apart:

  • One (1) to two (2) years’ experience specifically in hospice or palliative care marketing.
  • Experience navigating hospital systems and discharge planning processes.
  • Comfortable conducting patient and family meetings to explain hospice philosophy and services.
  • Ability to contribute to patient eligibility assessments.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in healthcare marketing or outreach roles.

Other Requirements:

  • This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory.
  • Must be able to represent the organization professionally and uphold the highest standards of patient-centered care.

We offer an attractive salary range of $105,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience), a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 15 days PTO plus 10 holidays, tuition reimbursement, certification assistance, wellness programs, and more.
