RN Hospital Liaison – Boston area | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!

What You’ll Bring:
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum one (1) year of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, and community partners.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients, families, and referral sources.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory in Boston and South Shore.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance for frequent travel.
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience specifically in hospice or palliative care marketing.
- Experience navigating hospital systems and discharge planning processes.
- Comfortable conducting patient and family meetings to explain hospice philosophy and services.
- Ability to contribute to patient eligibility assessments.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in healthcare marketing or outreach roles.
Other Requirements:
- This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory.
- Must be able to represent the organization professionally and uphold the highest standards of patient-centered care.
We offer an attractive salary range of $105,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience), a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 15 days PTO plus 10 holidays, tuition reimbursement, certification assistance, wellness programs, and more.
