What You'll Do:
- Monitor and manage cybersecurity systems and platforms for utility clients.
- Conduct cybersecurity risk analyses and gap assessments.
- Configure and administer cybersecurity tools, including firewalls, antivirus, encryption, authentication, and related technologies.
- Perform vulnerability scanning, review cybersecurity frameworks, and support incident response activities.
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for hosted customer cybersecurity platforms.
- Develop and document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and plans.
- Train and educate utility staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
What Experience You'll Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional cybersecurity experience.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST, ISO, and NERC.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, VPN, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working within the utility or electric power industry.
- CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC, or other relevant cybersecurity certification.
- Experience with NERC compliance, critical infrastructure cybersecurity, or utility cybersecurity platforms.
