Overview
As the face of hospice services in the San Antonio area, you will build trusting relationships with healthcare partners, physicians, and referral sources. Your efforts will shape awareness and preference for hospice services, ultimately supporting families through some of life’s most profound moments. If you bring empathy and strong relationship skills, you’ll excel in this rewarding role.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful connections with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
- Promote specialized hospice services with knowledge, compassion, and professionalism
- Drive patient census growth by increasing community awareness and preference for hospice care
- Collaborate internally to ensure a thorough understanding of service offerings and patient needs
- Represent hospice services at events and within the medical community, reinforcing a trusted reputation
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
- Proven success generating and sustaining relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies
- Skilled at working with key staff, including marketing and clinical teams, to communicate hospice services effectively
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
Nice-to-Have
- Hospice or palliative care marketing experience
- Prior clinical experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $66,000 – $83,000 per year, plus uncapped commission
