Job Title: Assistant Controller
Location/ Work Structure: Cincinnati Metro / Onsite
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 + bonus

Vernovis is partnering with a rapidly growing and locally headquartered industrial manufacturer who is looking to add a new assistant controller to its team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead accounting team of 3-4 accountants
- Full ownership of company balance sheet
- Manage all aspects of project accounting
- Work with branch/site managers to help develop solutions and process improvements
What Experience You’ll Have:
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Construction / project accounting.
- Team management
- Advanced experience with Excel pivot tables and vlookups
