Job Title: Director of Finance
Location/ Work Structure: Cincinnati Metro / Onsite
Compensation: $150,000-$180,000 +20% bonus

Vernovis is partnering with a rapidly growing and locally headquartered industrial services provider who is looking to add a new Director of Finance position to directly support its CFO.

What You'll Do:
- Complete ownership of budget and forecasting
- Improve company profitability
- Monthly MDA
- Redesign sales compensation plans and fix sales revenue generation issues
- Modernize data management through maximizing use of PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx
What Experience You'll Have:
- Bachelor’s in finance or related field
- 10+ years of experience
- Demonstrable history of improving company profitability, developing sales revenue generating strategies, and modernizing an FP&A environment
- Advanced experience with Excel pivottables and vlookups
