Job Title: IT Service Desk Technician
Location/ Work Structure: Onsite – West Chester, OH
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000

Client Overview:
Vernovis is partnering with a fast growing Manufacturing company to help them identify an IT Service Desk Technician to support their internal staff. This individual will be working in a manufacturing environment, onsite, 5 days a week.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal manufacturing teammates seeking technical assistance.
- Support multiple users and their equipment in a manufacturing environment and when required wear proper PPE
- Research and troubleshoot complex technical issues and reach out to fellow service desk teammates when needed.
What Experience You’ll Have:
- Good working knowledge of IT end-user systems, software, and processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance.
