Job Title: Lead CRM Business Analyst
Location/ Work Structure: Hybrid, Cincy, Columbus, Cleveland
Compensation: $110,000

 What You'll Do:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements for the new CRM system.
  • Develop and standardize business processes to be implemented in the CRM, ensuring they empower the business and enhance B2C operations.
  • Lead the CRM deployment project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
  • Work closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the CRM project.
  • Oversee custom enterprise integrations between the CRM and other company systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless operation.
  • Ensure that the CRM implementation meets business requirements and quality standards through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process changes, and integration details.
  • Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new CRM system.

What Experience You'll Have:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a lead role focused on CRM implementation and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of improveit 360 (i360) or Salesforce based systems, and experience with enterprise integration technologies is preferred
  • Proven experience in managing CRM deployment projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or similar certifications is preferred
  • Experience in the B2C sector, particularly in customer engagement and sales operations.
