Job Title: Marketing/Data/CRM Analyst
Location/ Work Structure: Onsite, Blue Ash
Compensation: $65-70K Plus 10% bonus potential

Client Overview:
Vernovis partnering with a fast-paced growing company that is looking for a Marketing/Data person to own their customer data and build out client retention and marketing campaigns using email, mobile, direct mail, etc.

What You'll Do:

  • Own management of CRM/Customer Data to build out marketing and client retention campaigns
  • Develop the high-level marketing strategy
  • Calendar Test and Learn looking for trends
  • Develop and lead strategy, execution and analysis of CRM/Customer Data campaigns
  • Analyze customer data, define customer segments and target engagement campaigns

What Experience You'll Have:

  • 3 plus years working directly with CRM across multiple channels (email, mobile, direct mail, etc.)
  • Curiosity, looking for trends
  • Hands on experience designing, building and managing end-to-end CRM/Customer Data campaigns
  • B2B or B2C email or CRM experience
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Take ownership of CRM/Customer Data space
