Client Overview:

Vernovis partnering with a privately held 100 plus year-old company that is looking for an Office Coordinator for a subsidiary to be that person to oversee all aspects of billing, vendor management, project competition, payroll, etc.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage approvals, entering and paying of vendor invoices
  • Assist with monitoring completed job tickets for proper billing information
  • Assist with managing company profiles for new/existing vendors
  • Check requests for Project Mangers as requested
  • Assist with daily shipping and other PM requests
  • Reviews/Requests time entries and expenses and submit report
  • Generate Inventory reports and Installation schedules

What Experience You'll Have:

  • 3-5 years Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Work well with diverse personalities
