Job Title: Payroll Manager
Location/ Work Structure: Cincinnati, OH / Hybrid
Compensation: $90,000

What You’ll Do:
- Manage team of payroll personnel
- This position will support, lead, and direct the department in processing and managing 50+ weekly payrolls
- Provide guidance on Federal, State, and local payroll taxes
- Work with HR group on new hires, transfers and benefits
- Support yearly audit of payroll and 401(k) files, ensuring compliance
- Train Payroll staff and Office Managers, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws
- Create and provide reports to Champion management team
