Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Location/Work Structure: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site with the possibility for fully remote)

Client Overview:
Vernovis is partnering with a leading company that is focused on leveraging the Power Platform to enhance its CRM initiatives. This role is crucial in driving the technical development of Power Apps solutions within their organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of Power Apps solutions to support the D365 team, focusing on automating business processes.
- Serve as a Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring high-quality, bug-free code that meets organizational standards.
- Utilize your BSA background to align technical development with business needs, acting as a bridge between the two.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, participate in project meetings, and support the resolution of production issues.
- Develop and refine implementation standards, create design documentation, and stay updated on the latest Power Platform features.
What Experience You'll Have:
- 3+ years of experience in MS Power Platform or D365 CRM development.
- Strong business systems analysis (BSA) background with the ability to support business units across 17 cities.
- Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace and overcome environmental challenges.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions, with hands-on expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
What Experience is Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance components.
- Experience with SaaS environments and advanced knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of the home building industry’s information systems.
