Compensation: $120,000

What You'll Do:
- Oversee reliability, quality, and supplier management for batteries, chargers, harnesses, PCBAs, and electrical assemblies.
- Manage LiFePO4 battery programs, from design to delivery, including manufacturing, shipping, and storage.
- Lead charger and electrical assembly projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, UN, etc.).
- Design and re-design FDA and ISO-compliant products using SolidWorks and Altium.
- Coordinate engineering change orders and ensure QMS compliance.
- Review product testing and collaborate with quality and regulatory teams.
- Provide technical solutions to improve quality and reduce costs.
