Location/ Work Structure: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Compensation: $125-140K plus 10% bonus

What You'll Do:
- Record revenues working with the Region Finance Directors
- Journal entries for month-end close
- Ensure accurate payroll reporting and accruals
- Ensure compliance with controls, policies and regulations for 2 regions, including Memphis.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial records and transactions
- Cost management and efficiencies across regions
- Team leadership and development
- What Experience You'll Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or regional finance leadership role
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter/Motivated
- Process-Improvement mindset every day
