Client Overview:
Vernovis is partnering with an established and growing financial services firm in Cincinnati. This client is looking to add a new Sr DB2 z/OS DBA.

What You'll Do:
- Provide expert guidance on SQL development and optimization for DB2
- Oversee and maintain DB2 across testing, QA, and production environments.
- Ensure smooth integration of CICS and IMS with DB2.
- Tailor and support File-Aid for DB2 to improve database management processes.
- Maintain an efficient change management environment for DB2 using Changeman ZMF.
- Handle the architecture, life-cycle management, configuration, maintenance, and support for assigned mainframe system software and hardware.
What Experience You'll Have:
- 5+ years of DB2 z/OS DBA experience
- DB2 z/OS system programming
- IBM IMS
